Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of you as the buyer and us as the seller within contractual relationships concluded through our e-shop at marvixpeptides.eu.
All information about the processing of your personal data is contained in our Privacy Policy.
I. Definitions
Price means the amount you will pay for the Goods.
Shipping fee means the amount you will pay for the delivery of the Goods, including packaging.
Total price means the sum of the Price and Shipping fee.
E-shop means the online store operated by us at marvixpeptides.eu.
Invoice means the tax document issued for the Total price.
We / Seller means MARVIX s.r.o., email: marvix@marvixpeptides.eu.
Order means your irrevocable proposal to conclude a Purchase Agreement.
Consumer means a natural person who, when concluding the contract, does not act within the scope of their business activity.
Goods means the research peptides and related products available in the E-shop, intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory purposes.
Contract means the purchase contract concluded between us and you through the E-shop.
II. General Provisions
Goods may only be purchased by persons aged 18 and over. By purchasing Goods, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are purchasing the products exclusively for research and laboratory purposes — not for use on humans or animals.
The Contract is concluded remotely through the E-shop. By concluding the Contract, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
III. Conclusion of the Contract
The E-shop contains a list of Goods including descriptions of their main characteristics. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. The presentation of Goods is informational and does not constitute an offer to conclude a Contract.
You submit the Order by clicking “Order with obligation to pay”. Before submitting, you may review and modify the entered data. We will confirm the Order by sending an email to your address. The Contract is concluded upon delivery of the Order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse an Order, for example in case of stock unavailability. You will be informed immediately in such cases.
IV. Customer Account
Following registration in the E-shop, you may access a customer account. The customer account is for personal use only. Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
V. Price and Payment Terms
The price is always stated in the E-shop. The Total price including VAT and Shipping fee is displayed during the Order process before final confirmation.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer – after receiving your Order, we will send you payment details by email. Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT and 300+ others) – via the NOWPayments payment gateway.
- Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the package.
An invoice will be issued after payment of the Total price and sent by email.
VI. Delivery Terms
We deliver Goods via Packeta (home delivery courier) within Slovakia and to EU countries.
Shipping fee for Slovakia: from €3.99 (free on orders over €150).
Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
Upon receiving the shipment, you should check its condition. In the case of visible damage, you are entitled to refuse the shipment.
VII. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods without stating a reason. Send the withdrawal notice to marvix@marvixpeptides.eu.
After withdrawal, you must return the Goods to us within 14 days. The Goods must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging. You bear the costs of returning the Goods.
We will refund the Total price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to Goods made to the consumer’s specific requirements or personalised to their needs.
VIII. Rights Arising from Defective Performance (Complaints)
We are responsible for the Goods being free of defects upon receipt. If the Goods are defective, you are entitled to file a complaint within 24 months of receipt.
File your complaint by emailing marvix@marvixpeptides.eu with a description of the defect and photographs. We will inform you of the outcome within 30 days.
IX. Personal Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy on the website.
X. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the competent authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI). Consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
XI. Final Provisions
These Terms are valid and effective from the date of their publication. We reserve the right to amend these Terms, with changes published on the E-shop. Existing Orders are governed by the Terms valid at the time the Order was placed.
